At Woodlea Dental, we safely and efficiently perform dental extractions under local anaesthetic, including impacted wisdom teeth. This means that while you will be awake in the dental chair, we will ensure you are complete numb and relaxed throughout the procedure, feeling no pain.

However, for extremely nervous patients, we also offer the option for a referral to a specialist oral surgeon to have the teeth removed under general anaesthetics. While the cost by the oral surgeon will be significantly higher, this is still a good option for patients who are too anxious to have the teeth removed while awake.
